After the Neutralitätstheater comes the party: we turn the good services upside down, the dance floor becomes a place of unrest, radical diversity and ecstasy. Neutrality stays outside.

Afrobeats and Britney Spears? They go together wonderfully, according to dibbasey! The Bern-based DJ loves everything Afro-influenced – she rummaged through her father's West African records at an early age and discovered her love for rhythm-based sounds. As a baby of the 2000s, she also surprises dancefloors time and again with nostalgia. For over three years, she has been conjuring up a magical atmosphere on the dance floor with her genre-spanning mixes. With her style, dibbasey represents a new generation of DJs who break down boundaries and create unique experiences and unforgettable nights. Only one thing is certain: the booty will be shaking and the dance floor will be shaking.

Duration: The party starts around 11 pm and lasts until 2 am.

Ticket information: Anyone with a ticket for the ‘Neutralitätstheater – The Myth of Switzerland put to the test’ will be granted free admission to the party. Those who only attend the party pay a ticket price of CHF 10.

‘Neutralitätstheater – disco of good services’ is part of the Swiss edition of ‘heimaten’, the decentralised festival for plural democracy organised by the Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW, Berlin), and is being brought to Switzerland by not_your_bubble in collaboration with the Gessnerallee. With content support and networking by ‘Zwischentext’ and the magazine ‘Neue Wege’. The production expands the debate on specifically Swiss constructions of identity, memory and neutrality.

The ‘heimaten’ network is an initiative of the HKW that brings together institutions, projects and cultural practitioners from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to think about the concept of home in plural terms and to develop it further as a shared, malleable practice for a diverse democracy.
