Following the discussion with Fatima Moumouni and David Zabel as part of the series ‘The New Uncertainty – Disco Edition’, the evening continues with an after-party. The artist and stand-up comedian Naya de Souza, also known as @Bundaskanzlerin, will perform a short comedy set and then host a karaoke session featuring the ‘Blackest White Hits of History’.
Naya de Souza works under various alter egos such as ‘Lux Venérea’ and ‘@Bundaskanzlerin’, moving across disciplines including performance, stand-up, multimedia and culinary arts. Her work challenges social exclusion as well as cultural boundaries and taboos. Since 2016, she has been shaping Berlin’s cultural scene with politically charged cabaret and stand-up formats as well as digital projects. She now lives in Basel. Her work has been shown internationally at numerous renowned institutions and festivals. Alongside her artistic work, she is a trained chef, curator and is active as an HIV activist.
