Writing means raising your own voice. Putting your own experiences into words. But whose voices are heard in public? In Switzerland, people usually talk about migrants rather than with them. The Papierlose Zeitung (Paperless Newspaper) published by the Autonomous School Zurich takes a different approach. Here, we migrants speak for ourselves. We talk about our lives and our views on migration and politics – personally, journalistically and poetically.

At Gessnerallee, we read articles from the latest issue of the Papierlosen Zeitung. An evening of stories about flight and resistance, about rays of hope and solidarity.
