Through tasks and structured improvisation in a relaxed space, Xan Dye will lead us to embody rhythm, repetition and what it means to move when our senses are leading. What happens when we allow others to witness us when we are moving for our own pleasure and self-regulation? And how can we move in community with others for collective care and release? All workshop tasks are offered as invitations, to adapt as you wish, allowing you to find your own way of doing in response to what you need.
