The Criptonite lab on ‘Crip Joy & Disabled Futures’ will conclude with a public sharing session. Experiences and practices from the lab will be shared and discussed in relation to the theme of ‘Crip Joy and Disabled Futures’.

Criptonite’s second lab focuses on storytelling, humour and joy. Ten artists from Switzerland who are disabled, deaf and/or living with chronic illness have been invited by Criptonite to network within the lab, present their own artistic practice and develop it further. The focus is on joy, desire and pleasure, and on a future in which disabled people are equal members of society. The British artist collective Touretteshero will lead a workshop lasting several days. There will also be warm-ups, talks, opportunities to share and develop one’s own artistic practice, and moments of community.

Admission to the event is free.
