Supernova, funeral & birth of a new star.
Or an exorcism of the past to make space for new ghosts.

To mark the 20th anniversary of her stage persona ‘Evelinn Trouble’, the artist embarks on a quest to rediscover past versions of herself. In a psychedelic kaleidoscope of music, text and visual worlds, she dives for the glittering shards of a body of work that was constantly reinventing itself, touching upon and uniting all manner of genres.

Together with other performers and musicians, Evelinn Trouble stages a full-length ritual on stage: the old demons are summoned once more, scrutinised and then banished for good, in order to create a new ‘Trouble’.
