Migros Culture Percentage disframe and Claire Cunningham Projects are organising the Micro-Lab ‘Spaces of Care and Companionship’ from 22 to 24 April 2026. Two to three disabled artists from all regions of Switzerland who would like to participate in the lab are being sought. In addition to experienced artists with disabilities, newcomers are also being targeted and invited to participate.

The various sessions will be led by other disabled, crip, chronically ill and neurodivergent artists, as well as some of their long-standing creative companions: Luke Pell; Claire Cunningham and Vicky Wilson; Aby Watson and Aniela Piasecka; Raquel Meseguer Zafe and Hattie Gregory.

To participate in the Micro-Lab, please submit by 16 March your motivation for participating and a description of what care and companionship mean in your own artistic work to disframe@mgb.ch. Submissions can be in writing, in sign language, as a video or in audio format. Participation will be confirmed by disframe by 23 March 2026.

In addition, the Access Rider should be submitted or a brief description of any access needs required to participate in the Lab should be provided. Places are limited and will be allocated according to the balance of language regions.
