The workshop begins with a physical warm-up combined with exercises to let go. Afterwards, techniques will be explored that unite body and mind to get in touch with your inner stripper, who will shine in front of the other participants at the end of the workshop... SHOWTIME!!!

Ideally you should come in comfortable clothes (like yogawear, shorts and t-shirts, loose trousers etc.) and a star outfit: have fun and bring your shiniest costumes that make you feel comfortable and sexy. All accessories are welcome, from the classic: Hats, sunglasses, umbrellas, to the fanciest: skipping ropes, bubble guns, fairy wings...
