‘Dance Your Pain’ invites people to dance with and despite their pain. To this end, a DJ set has been created comprising electronic music and spoken text passages. The text passages offer guidance and inspiration on how to groove despite and alongside pain. Because dancing is fun and is for everyone’s body, including bodies that (sometimes) hurt. The DJ set is played via a silent disco system and is heard through headphones. Anyone who wants to join in can put on a pair of headphones and start dancing. They can dance for as long as they like, and when they’ve had enough, they simply hand the headphones back.

The event will take place outdoors on Judith-Gessner-Platz. In the event of bad weather, the Südbühne will serve as an alternative venue.
