Fatima Moumouni is a spoken word poet, presenter and columnist and lives in Zurich. She has been travelling to various stages in German-speaking countries since 2011. In addition to solo performances, she also performs as a duo with Laurin Buser. The two were awarded the Salzburger Stier for their joint evening programme ‘GOLD 2021’. Together with journalist Uğur Gültekin, she hosts ‘Moumouni/Gültekin’ – the first post-foreign, post-migrant late night show in Switzerland. At Gessnerallee Zurich, Moumouni hosts her series of talks ‘Die neue Unsicherheit. Disco Edition’, a plea for more space for insecurity on public stages as a motor for more progressive discourse.

Laurin Buser is a spoken word poet, rapper, theatre author and presenter from Basel. He has toured with four full-length programmes to date. Together with Fatima Moumouni, he was honoured with the Salzburger Stier 2022 and won the German-language Poetry Slam Championships in Berlin. Buser has appeared in various theatre productions, both as an both as an actor and as an author. He has presented for radio, ZDF and SRF. His EP ‘Schmuck’ was released on Hamburg rapper Samy Deluxe's ‘Kunstwerkstadt’ label, and his solo EP ‘BACCHUS’ was released in autumn 2013.
