Every Tuesday and Thursday 9 to 10 am Yoga for everyone.
The yoga classes are suitable for all levels and are led by experienced teachers. The classes take place in the rehearsal rooms of Gessnerallee and are signposted. Please bring your own mat and CHF 8 in cash or via twint.
There is no cloakroom and the studios are not steplessly accessible.
