Prince Jelleh launches their EP "Porcelain" at Stall 6 in a very special setting. Exclusively for this evening they will be supported by the self-assembled "Porcelain Chamber Orchestra". The Winterthur band around Lukas Fuchs has its roots in folk, but is constantly growing. Prince Jelleh's sound comes across more electronic on the current EP, technoid synthesizers and supporting beats complement the impulsive, folky indie rock with the strong voice at its core. In terms of content, the Swiss band remains true to itself without stagnating: Prince Jelleh uncompromisingly and uncomfortably process their surroundings, telling stories about toxic masculinity, hypocrisy and romantic love. "Porcelain" was released via the Zurich label "Lauter Musik" ( among others like Mischgewebe, Steiner & Madlaina, Messina) and is now finally celebrated.
Prince Jelleh is supported by SENTO, the 22-year-old Swiss-Norwegian artist and producer who pursues a promising, modern and idealistic sound concept. The newcomer project, which the Zurich youngster launched just before the pandemic, has been gaining a lot of traction lately and strives to continue with the same dynamism and musical sophistication as before:
Big influences from neo-soul, hip-hop and also house make SENTO's sound recognisably unique: with a production characterised by stabbing synths, punchy drums, crisp basslines and captivating vocals, there seems to be something for everyone, whether passionate music nerd or chart listener.
